By accessing and using MyGymRoutine (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MyGymRoutine reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or these terms.

3. Trainer Services & Payments

If you operate as a "Trainer" on the platform, you are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of fitness plans and advice to your clients. MyGymRoutine facilitates connections and tools but is not responsible for trainer-client outcomes. Payments processed via our third-party integrations (e.g., Polar.sh) are subject to their respective terms and processing fees.

You retain ownership of any routines, logs, and progress photos you submit. However, by posting public content, you grant MyGymRoutine a non-exclusive license to display it. You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyGymRoutine and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to your data, or conduct of any third party on the service.
